This feature is feasible and only requires for peoples to know and communicate their public addresses.
- user 1, user 2, user x communicate there public addresses.
- user x makes a post with all public address, in return a multi-sign address is returned (assuming we should save this address somewhere)
But this feature doesn't make sense without having the transaction feature which is a bit more complex
- user x initiates transaction request (assuming we should save this transaction somewhere)
- user 1, user 2, user x sign the request
