When sending invite, we got error:

The maximum number of concurrent server connections has exceeded a per-source limit, closing transmission channel

Might be related to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/407670/421-4-3-2-the-maximum-number-of-concurrent-server

This issue is not coming when using "resend".
