Description
If Patient or Doctor is offline (not connected on websocket), add notification in the event of message or missed call.
- Email/SMS to doctor that somebody sent message or attachement. SMS is only sent if "SMS notification" is enabled from his profile.
- Email/SMS (according of how it as been invited) to patient that doctor send message, attachement or tried a call.
- Email to nurse role that doctor send message, attachement or tried a call.
Special condition :
- if patient, reset the link token and resend into the email as well.
