Add a read only parameter so doctor can't edit invite when created on behaf

Description
/invite should have an optional parameter "readonly". If defined to true, it will not possible for the doctor to edit or delete the invite.
The frontend should reflect this, if readonly is true, edit and delete button for the specific invite should be hidden.
