Have a table of existing templates.

• Dropdown list to choose language. When languages is selected, display the list of template to be added.
• For each template in the list, have the status, a button "Add to Twilio" and the Twilio template ID returned.
• For each template in the list, have a test button.
• For each template in the list, have a delete button that also delete Twilio side.

We should have four status :

• New (not created on Twilio).
• Created (not approval requested).
• Pending (approval requested).
• Accepted (approval accepted).
• Rejected (approval reject).
