Could we add a Calendar function in an admin and doctor profile to be able to see, enter and manage the expert's shifts (who is available to cover the waiting room and when)?

This calendar should be visible by admins and expert doctors.
Only admins can edit the calendar.
There should be one calendar per queue.
Calendar entries should be assignable to one or more expert doctor users.
If an expert doctor is covering more than one queue, s/he should be able to see one calendar with entries relevant to each queue in different colours (not two separate calendars for two queues for example).
The doctor should receive a notification if there is a change to the calendar relevant to their user profile.
The doctor should be able to make a request to the admin person to change their entry if it isn't convenient for them.
