Notes :
* The first field should be called "Choose a friendly wallet name" in place of "Wallet name"
* Terms and policies link should open a simple overlay with close button and raw text that will come from text file.
* "Next" button shouldn't be highlighted and enabled unless the tick box regarding terms and policies will be enabled.
* The top text will be probably updated.
* The page "Restore a wallet" should be the same but be careful that next steps then are a bit different.
