Add confirmation with explanation on Testnet/Mainnet toggle. Extract of message to display:
### On testnet activation
"You are about using Testnet endpoints. That's mean funds displayed are available on various official testned (Rospten for Ethererum). Any action relies on fake tokens now."
### On mainnet activation
"You are about using Mainnet endpoints. That's mean funds are displayed are real funds. Any action relies on real tokens now."
