[REOPENED] Remove to porfolio never appear

Description
Once new token is added to wallet, the remove to porfolio should appear. But we still have "Add to portfolio".
Edit : the bug is half fixed, the default token cannot be removed, how to reproduce
- create new wallet
- click on + to add token
- look for AVT
-> There is no way to remove AVT while it's already on Aventus network.

okay, this issue looks be still here, how to reproduce (I tested from newly installed app):
- Create new wallet, unlock the wallet
- Click on (+)
- Choose AVT available on top
- Beside ethereum network, click on "Add to portfolio"
- Once added, stay on the page and click on "Remove from portfolio" beside "aventus" then click again on "Add to portfolio"
The adding is processing then the button remains "Add to portfolio" and allow to add more time the coin.
