Add notification when pending transaction is finished

Description
A user does not get feedback for finished pending transactions.
- Target version changed from 2.0.0 to 2.1.0 (master)
- Assignee changed from Aram Suqiasyan to Olivier Bitsch
- Status changed from In Study to Testing
- Assignee changed from Olivier Bitsch to Aram Suqiasyan
- Status changed from Testing to Development
I just tested, as soon as transaction disappears from pending transaction, I'm getting "Loading" as green notification, but not the expected message (maybe two actions are triggered in same time ?).
