Add new link used to invite third party user into opened consultation

Description
- Add a new button into consultation overview /app/consultation/ called "Invite expert"
- Once button pushed, open modal and request a "name" of the expert.
- Click submit and show a link that can be used and sent by doctor by his own way (e.g. why MS Teams). Don't put tag around the link to limit the risk doctor click on it.
- Have a small copy button beside the link so link can be easily added.
- Once modal is closed, show expert name in consultation overview, show green/red connectivity status.
- Expert should see the messages in chat.
